Despatch Times We aim to ship most orders out on the same day the order arrives. We aim high. In periods of high activity products will leave our warehouse on the day after the order was placed, at the very latest.
Delivery Charges Delivery charges are calculated and applied via our web sites shopping cart solution. Shipping to International destinations (outside EU) includes mail 'recorded'/tracking charges. We do not sell directly and via mailorder to North America
Return & Exchange Policy
We guarantee to replace any goods which aren't suitable just contact us first so we know what to expect.
Returned goods must be unused and in a saleable condition. Once we've received them back, we will arrange to either credit you or replace the goods, whichever you prefer. we guarantee to sort out any problem with your order just contact us if you have any problems with an order from Salclear.
