Shooterlube™ has the chemical and physical properties required in an effective firearms lubricant, and is useful in lubricating metal to metal moving parts as well as seals, gaskets and 'o' rings*

Amongst its key characteristics are its shear stable rheological profile.... this is very important in any metal-metal lubricant subject to modest to high shear forces. Shear stable products such as Salshield® Shooterlube™ do not break down readily under high stress and shear forces and hence last longer and are more effective than standard hydrocarbon based lubricants. Giving value for money and less wear and tear in use.

In addition Salshield® Shooterlube™ is easy to use, non hazardous and non toxic. So its user profile is an optimum, compared to some hydrocarbons which are both flammable and hazardous.
