Personal cheques:

Salclear only accepts personal cheques drawn on UK bank accounts with the relevant cheque guaranteed card details. Please contact us for further details.

Credit/Debit Card Payments:

We process credit/debit card payments online through our website, the transactions are conducted through Worldpay: http://www.worldpay.com/, we also have the facilities to perform credit card transactions over the telephone. Please call us on tel: 01624 838507 with your contact details and credit/debit card details and we can complete the transaction there and then, mailing the order out the same day.

Postal Orders:

We accept payment by Postal Order

Paypal

Orders can be made and paid through Paypal. www.paypal.com (payments made to antimist@salclear.com

If you have not done so already, set up an account for yourself following the online instructions at Paypals website. Simply provide us with your e mail address and we can request a payment from your Paypal account via email and send an invoice via. our own account. Its that easy! Transactions are secure too.

Refund Policy

We offer a full refund and no quibble guarantee on all defective products which includes the costs of goods, packaging, shipping and all taxes. If you have any issues whatsoever about our products or service, we want to know about it.

Cancellation Policy

We provide same day shipments on all orders, hence orders must be cancelled on the same day of placing the order, and preferentially before 2pm UK/GMT time, either by telephone or e mail.

Orders are taken and confirmed in English language only

Completed orders are filed chronologically as electronic copies (which are also backed up) and are retrievable only by us.

Data Protection

We comply with the Data Protection Legislation within UK law, and personal information is not processed, traded or disclosed illegally. We also ensure that processes and procedures are in place to ensure the safeguard against unauthorised access or unlawful processing, or disclosure of personal information.

Packing/Shipping

Orders are normally shipped within one working day, depending on stock levels of the product required, and are forwarded using normal UK mail services, or via standard air mail for overseas customers.

'Air Mail' is the only current shipping method. We have three regional shipping options, UK, Europe and International.

For customers outside the EU, no VAT (sales tax) is charged. We ship these items under Royal Mail 'Recorded' delivery, which means that the shipment is 'trackable'. This has been introduced recently (Sept 08). The cost, which is included, is 5.15 pounds sterling.

Please allow approximately one week (5 working days) for delivery of overseas shipments.
